聚氨酯的物理性能：        

     聚氨酯是起重機、塔吊、裝卸機、電梯、礦車運行*限位置或發生碰撞所需的防撞裝置，它能迅速地將沖擊勢能轉化為彈性勢能，是電梯、起重機等大型笨重機械極限位置的安全裝置。 聚氨酯以電梯為例：當電梯超越底層或頂層時，轎廂或對重撞擊，由吸收或消耗電梯的能量，從而使轎廂或對重安全減速至停止。國內生產的起重設備中，絕大部分使用的是橡膠式，彈簧式和液壓式。    彈簧式的使用率較高，這種制造，安裝都比較麻煩，成本高，并且在起緩沖作用時對吊車的反彈沖擊較大，對設備和操作者都不利。    液壓式雖然可以克服彈簧式反彈沖擊的缺點，但造價太高，且液壓管路易泄漏，易出故障，維修量大。    橡膠式具有抗沖擊，抗壓性能弱，使用壽命短的缺點。    因此較發達國家近年來大都采用新工藝生產聚氨酯類，這種克服了三種老式的主要缺點，工作是對吊車幾乎沒有反彈沖擊，單位體積的沖擊容量大，安裝非常簡單，不用維修，抗老化性能優良，而且成本只有彈簧式的二分之一，比液壓式更低       聚氨酯---螺柱式 法蘭盤式 壓板式為我廠主打產品，該產品不但可吸收大量的沖擊性能,還有較高的沖擊彈性,良好的抗壓恢復性,良好的絕緣性,防爆性,防腐蝕性,耐熱性,耐寒性,耐油性和耐老化等優異性能。
